• Notes

  Enlisted in the Air Force on Dec 28, 1940. Was deployed to Panama as part of the 397th Bomber Squadron. Was on a routine flight and his plane was reported missing on July 13, 1942. Search continued for a week in the jungle before being called off. Family rumor was the plane ran out of gas but have not found any confirmation of that theory.
